Shocking pink large, starry flowers in late summer and autumn. Grows from a bulb, so not really a perennial as such, but once established is very long lasting. Must have excellent drainage in winter. Hardy-ish. To 30cm.
This is the hardiest of the Nerines and flowers just fine in the front garden here in Cheshire. Ideally, it likes a good baking in the summer though. Don't plant it too deep - sit the bulb shoulders at the surface.
