Great for ground cover in shady areas, has glossy round, green leaves and clusters of white flowers in the spring. Good weed suppressant. Up to 45cm. Seed needs a long winter chill before it will germinate.

Sue's Notes

One of our favourite spring perennials. To break seed dormancy, store seed in the fridge over winter, or mix seed with damp vermiculite in a plastic bag and place in fridge. You can also sow in a seed tray in autumn, cover with grit and leave outside until spring.
