Makes medium sized domes of finely divided foliage smothered in purplish blue flowers in early summer. A really good border filler. It doesn't spread, just makes a slightly bigger clump each year. To 50cm. Hardy

In late July or whenever the plant starts to look a bit untidy after flowering, shear it back to the ground. It will quickly grow a handsome mound of new foliage and a few more flowers which will last well into autumn.
