Bluebell Cottage Gardens and Nursery

Tucked away down a quiet country lane, this rural gem is one of Cheshire's best kept secrets.

Owned and managed by former BBC Gardener of the Year, Sue Beesley, Bluebell Cottage Gardens, nursery, wildflower meadows and bluebell woods make a perfect half day out for keen gardeners, wildlife enthusiasts, or anyone in need of a break from the whirlwind of modern life.

From 1st April 2016 the gardens and nursery are open 10-5 Wed-Sun. See Visitor Information for full details.

The online shop is open all year round.

14th July 2016

We are currently busy preparing for RHS Tatton next week, 20th-24th July. Our display bed will have the theme of 'movement' and include a variety of Thalictrums, Sanguisorbas and grasses as well as @JoyLadds amazing wicker sculptures. A limited number of plants will be available to buy. Do come along - we enjoy meeting our fellow plant lovers. Comments and photos on our Facebook and Twitter accounts also welcome. Bluebell Cottage gardens and nursery will be open as usual.

2nd July 2016

Today is #nationalmeadowsday so celebrate, visit Bluebell Cottage and enjoy a walk through our Orchard and Wildflower Meadows and Cottage Gardens. Maybe take home a pollinator friendly plant home with you?
